Can't login to the drive application?


   - Username or password incorrect message?


This is a generic message displayed to the user, it can mean many things depending on the issue. 


   - Username is incorrect - confirm correct?

   - Password is incorrect - confirm correct? 


If the above appear correct, please try them in the web interface, app.kenesto.com/kenesto. If the credentials work in the web, the issue is elsewhere. If your credentials do not work in the web, there could be an issue with your password, or that your account has expired or your organization has expired. Please contact support@keneso.com or raise a ticket. 


If the above login information works in the web, please generate an event log - How to create event log. You may need to send this to support@kenesto.com or update a ticket. 


Additional information for troubleshooting - Is this a new computer? What proceeded this issue? What version of the drive am I using?
