In some cases we will request an Event Log from your operating system. This can tell us about any error you may have, or help diagnose settings mismatches.
To send an event log, you will first need to create one.
Type "event" into your windows log.
Alternatively you can also press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run window.Then, type eventvwr in the Run dialog box and click OK
Once that viewer opens, open the following filter
Once you double click on "Application", the center window of the viewer will populate.
On the far right window, select "Save All Events As...."
This will create a .evtx file, please try to name the file with your name, org and date.
