Kenesto offers a vaulting feature by default. There is no additional cost or plan to take advantage of this feature.
Vault setup in Drive
To setup a vault, first create a folder in the drive. If this is already done, skip to the next step
Right click on the folder that you'd like to set as a vault. Open the Kenesto menu, and then select "Set as Vault"
The sub-folders and files contained in this folder will be set to a vault. This will require manual check out / check in to take write privileges.
Vault setup in web
As above, first create the folder, if already done, skip to the next step.
Open the folder in the web viewer, then click on the "Edit Folder" button
This will open the Edit Folder window, you will need to tick the box "Vault Folder"
As above, all folders and files contained in this folder will become vaulted.
To check files out / in, navigate to the file, and check out or in
