The user that initially creates the files, is the owner of the file. 


You may wish to change the ownership of a file but this is generally not necessary for day to day use. The exception is the situation where the owner has left the organization and has not allowed others to fully share the file with new or other users. 


This can only be completed in the web view of the file. You also need to be an administrator of the org. This functionality is not available to standard users. 


Step 1, log into the web view of Kenesto - app.kenesto.com/kenesto


Step 2, navigate to the file, and press the "more" button. 



Here you will see the "change owner" setting. 


Simply start typing the name of the new user, and when selected, hit save. 



The newly selected user then will have full permissions over the file.
