Navigate to the chosen document or folder in K: Drive, and then open the Kenesto menu, by using the right mouse button, go to ‘Kenesto’ menu, Click “Share”.



Click on "Share"



Add users or groups by typing the name in the "select user or group" box. This box will offer auto-complete suggestions. Once the correct user/group is selected, click on the "+" button to add them to the lower panel. Here you can select the share permission level. 


Sharing permission is inherited from the level above. If you create a folder in a structure already shared, this new folder will automatically be shared with the same permission to the same users.


Simply, sharing levels are as follows. 


These settings are only one option allowed

None - User can see folder structure, but not files contained in the folders.

View Only - User gets a web viewer access to the files - no printing or local saving allowed.

Download - User can save a local copy of the file, user can open the file. 

Update - User can save new versions of the file to the drive. 


The below options are independent, you can select a combination in conjunction to the above.

Create - User can make entirely new files.

Delete / Move - User can delete or relocate the files in drive.

Sharing - User can add additional users to the share - internal / external users. 


Expiration Date - You can set an automatic date that the user loses permission on the share.
