Add Contact
Adding a contact is NOT the same as adding a user to the account.
A contact is external and is limited to viewing or downloading a file, but can NOT save files.
A contact can also be shared on the fly simply by sharing an item and typing the email address of the contact then setting permission level, and then committing the share.
