Kenesto is a cloud-based collaboration and file management tool for sharing data. One of the key components of the system is file locking technology to ensure that you don’t overwrite other user's work. Kenesto also includes a file viewer, task and workflow manager as well as the ability to organize your files by project.
There are two ways to use Kenesto.
The first way is to install the Kenesto Drive software on your computer. Context sensitive Kenesto Drive functions are available with RMB (right mouse button) commands. This integrates into windows file explorer, and allows you to open and use files as if they were stored on your local machine.
The second way to use Kenesto is to use our web app and access the functionality through a web browser. Some Kenesto Drive functionality is only available only through the web browser, notably the administrator tools and the workflow engine.
